Infrared irradiation systems are an essential part of modern development, testing, and manufacturing processes in the automotive industry. They generate controlled thermal radiation to precisely simulate solar irradiation and thermal loads under realistic conditions or to provide targeted process heat.

Typical applications range from climate and aging tests to the testing of sensors, electronics, batteries, and vehicle interiors, as well as drying, curing, and heating processes in production. By precisely controlling radiation power, temperature, and irradiation profiles, reproducible test conditions with maximum process reliability can be achieved. Thanks to fast response times, high energy efficiency, and homogeneous heat distribution, our systems are suitable for individual components as well as complex assemblies and complete test benches.
