BF Engineering has been a family-owned company since its foundation. Today, brothers Dominik Breuer (CFO, left) and Daniel Breuer (CEO, right) lead the company into its second generation, continuing the vision of its founder Thomas Breuer Sr. under the umbrella of the BF Tech Group.
Their complementary profiles shape the company’s development: Dominik Breuer focuses particularly on engineering, technology and economic efficiency, while Daniel Breuer is responsible for brand development, the international sales network, corporate development, research and innovation.
Both jointly determine the strategic direction and continued development of the BF Tech Group.
With BF Consulting, BF Engineering and BF Plasma, the group brings together three complementary areas of expertise:

Dominik Breuer

Dominik Breuer’s career combines hands-on technical expertise with business acumen.
He began his professional career with an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, gaining a fundamental understanding of mechanics, manufacturing, assembly and the practical implementation of technical solutions. He subsequently complemented this technical foundation with a degree in business administration and economics.
Understanding technology. Securing economic efficiency.
This combination defines his role within the BF Tech Group today. As CFO, Dominik Breuer is particularly responsible for connecting engineering, technical execution and economic management.
His focus is on ensuring that technical solutions are not only functional, but also economically viable, efficient and sustainable in the long term.
Within the management team, he therefore combines technical understanding with business responsibility – a combination that is particularly important in the field of international special-purpose machinery and plant engineering.
Daniel Breuer

Daniel Breuer’s career combines corporate development, international industrial experience, entrepreneurship, research and innovation.
After studying International Management, he worked at BF Engineering from 2016 to 2018, where he was responsible for international high-tech and prototype projects in cooperation with Audi, NASA, RWTH Aachen University and TU Ilmenau.
From management consulting back to the family business
In the following years, Daniel Breuer worked as a management consultant for international industrial companies and corporations. His projects included work with the Volkswagen Group, Giesecke+Devrient and Liebherr, covering strategy, digitalization, business transformation and major international projects.
In 2024, he returned to the management team of BF Engineering. Today, as CEO of the BF Tech Group, he is particularly responsible for developing the group’s brand, expanding its international sales network, and driving corporate development, research and innovation.
A key focus is identifying emerging technologies at an early stage, developing them further in cooperation with companies and research institutions, and transforming them into new solutions and markets for the BF Tech Group.
His vision is to transform BF’s long-standing engineering expertise into an internationally recognized technology brand – with a clear identity, a strong culture of innovation and, at the same time, the values of a family-owned company.
