New solar simulation system reaches final assembly
BF Engineering has reached another important milestone in the development of a new solar simulation system for the automotive industry in accordance with the DIN 75200 standard.
Designed for thermal management, material validation and component qualification, the system features an in-house developed shutter system capable of reproducing realistic cloud and tunnel scenarios through dynamic control of solar intensity.
Following final assembly, the system will be installed at the customer’s facility, where it will support vehicle development and validation under controlled test conditions.
